A seasonal artwork lying dormant during Winter and Autumn, bursting into flower as the Tulips rise through the steel framework in the Spring and Summer,. Each black tulip's head forms a musical notation within the large-scale three dimensional staves fashioned from steel frames. This is visible from the street as a gigantic sheet music 'Song'.
